The purpose of Theatre Organization of Panther Parents (TOPPS) is to support and promote any activity which serves the best interest of the North Central High School Theatre Program, its directors, its programs, and its students.
The organization was formed in 2002 by Mr. Steve Spence who approached then Theatre Director, Mr. Joe King, and suggested the formation of such a group. Since then, TOPPS continues to provide much needed support to many aspects of the North Central High School Theatre Program.
